Booking conditions
- FREE CANCELLATION PAY AFTER: You can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge until 12 noon on the day of check-in. If you cancel or modify your reservation late or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged to the credit card provided as guarantee as a cancellation fee and the remaining nights will be cancelled. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to check-in date.
- Cancellation NON-REFUNDABLE Offer (for reservations made 1 day or more prior to arrival date): The total amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking. No modifications or cancellations are allowed in the reservation, there will be no refund of the amount charged.
- FAIR RATE CONDITIONS (from September 7 to 17): 100% of the total amount will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking. In case of cancellation, (law CLM 2001/349) For cancellations 8 days or more prior to arrival, 100% refund. From 7 to 4 days 50% will be refunded. After 3 or less days there is no refund.
o If you book on Saturday, you are obliged to stay on Sunday, no modification to a lower number of nights is allowed.
o Arrival time request - Conditions about children and extra beds: FREE! 1 child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. Maximum 1 extra bed in the room. Beds and/or cribs are available upon request and must be confirmed by the accommodation.
- Visits in a room are considered lodging, with the obligation to register and pay the corresponding supplement.
– Stag/hen parties are not allowed.
– For reservations of 5 rooms or more, please consult the hotel for special conditions. - The customer acknowledges and agrees that he/she has read and agrees to the general terms and conditions published on this website.
